Founder / Director
OUR founder Mr Sahdev Gholap is a man of many hats, with an experience of 12 years in Direction, production, writing, marketing and creatives in mediums ranging from Television commercials, digital ads, print ads to films, OTT and theatre .He is also a Masters in Theatre Arts from Mumbai University. His childlike enthusiasm and passion for delivering any project par excellence speaks volume about the principles on which our company works. He has worked for prestigious brands like Fanta, Fair and lovely, Ponds, Sketchers, Fena , LIC agent, Sapat Parivar tea,Krazylines, Lakshmanrekha,Tiger Balm, Amfixo and many more.
JAy JAGUSHTE
Executive Producer
With an experience of 10 years in television commercials, digital advertisements and Film and television production as well as event management, his capability to work in diverse environments, with people from multiple cultures, meanwhile also managing to organize cost efficient production in any scenario or medium is what makes him an invaluable member of our team. He has worked as a production controller or manager in numerous tvc’s like ‘BYJU’S APP TVC, Tirchup oil tvc, chessboard for ‘storyweavers comoany ‘, ‘PITAARA chips and namkeen’ , ad for sketchers and tata pravesh as well and also in films, web series in various arenas, from Marathi to tollywood and also the Hindi film Industry .Having worked with leading production houses like t series , Still and sill media collective, Dora digs films, VOOT etc. He has worked on TVC’S for the ‘Government of Maharasthra ‘, and thus his resume speaks volumes of his talent.

Vishal Ghotkar is a highly accomplished Line Producer with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Known for his exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, Vishal has played a pivotal role in the successful execution of numerous film and television projects. He started his career as a production assistant, quickly rising through the ranks due to his exceptional work ethic and natural talent for handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Creative Director
Miss Sugandh Dhindaw has an experience of 7 years in the industry as a Creative Director, writer and Team leader in marketing. She has been involved with feature films and ad films in the Direction department . From conceptualising the creative aspect of a shoot to gauging the need of the consumer, her young mind, instinctual yet data based analytical grasp of the market gives her the ability to adapt to the creative and marketing needs of a client. Her temperament also allows her to collaborate with different personalities associated with the commercial artistic process and extract the best out of the team and harness that into a successful unified advertising product for the client.
